Our location in **Columbus, OH** currently has an opportunity for an **eCommerce Brick & Click Assistant Manager.** Main responsibility is to assist in developing and executing Brick and Click strategy development with eCommerce customers that align with overall business goals and sales/marketing strategies of each business unit. This individual will partner with the Brick and Click Manager, liaisons (CBC & Brand), RDP auditors, Category/ Shopper, and Whitespace to develop and deliver against Abbott eCommerce goals. This individual will own and lead Instacart account management, identifying opportunities to grow sales and share vs competition & develop integrated Joint Business Plans that align with shopper and Abbott Brands objectives.
**WHAT YOULL DO**
**Lead and develop coordination of eCommerce trackers:**
+ Brick and Click Tracker: Consolidate inputs and identify top trends/ highlights across top 16 brick and click accounts and send out monthly recap to Retail FSF. Manage and update scorecard fundamental inputs each quarter such as search terms, UPC lists, MSRP, grading criteria, etc. Work closely with CBC liaisons and RDPs to identify report optimization opportunities.
+ SNAP/WIC Tracker: Maintain with latest WIC/SNAP online acceptance in Retail & send out updates to key stakeholders.
+ Registry Tracker: Consolidate inputs & highlight trends, opportunities, etc and send out to key stakeholders each Quarter.
+ Omni Share Report: Develop PowerBI dashboard and update monthly Total Market Scorecards and send out to Retail FSF each month.**Instacart Account Lead:**
+ Develop and execute promotional plan & work with brand, shopper marketing, and sales strategy on annual budget (spend).
+ Closely work with Retail Accounts on identifying opportunities, test and learns, etc. and track ROI.
+ Work with eCommerce Finance team on integrating sales into consumption report & develop monthly share-out of sales & search each month and send to key stakeholders.
+ Assist in developing search strategy alongside Tinuiti.**eCommerce Content Coordination:**
+ Work closely with WhiteSpace (internal agency), Brand and Retail Teams in tracking content execution and ensuring adherence to timelines.**Develop & learn insight selling skills:**
+ Support Brick and Click Manager on building strategy development to support internal and external eCommerce initiatives such as eCommerce Fundamental Sales Meetings, eCommerce Training, etc.
+ Support Brick and Click Manager with Amazon Fresh category support such as assortment, planogram, onboarding, category reviews, etc.**Mentor incoming RDPs leading Brick and Click auditing**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's Degree required with 2+ years in CPG industry
+ Knowledge of tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of industry resources such as Nielsen Connect, Nielsen Rakuten, and Numerator
+ Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
+ Ability to present and influence others, including Abbott and Customer leaders
+ An understanding of Consumer/Shopper, using analytical skills and insights
