Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendar and schedule posts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing graphics and videos for social media
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Identify influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partnerships to expand reach and engagement
• Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
