About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Elite Branding, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events to promote our brand and engage with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are valued. You'll work closely with our events team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
• Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with onsite event management, including setup, registration, and attendee coordination.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
