We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Fintech Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in connecting and optimizing our technology systems to streamline operations, boost profitability, and elevate the client experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft, and other investment advisory technologies. They will also be an innovative thinker, proactively identifying and integrating new technologies into our advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Integration: Lead the integration of various fintech solutions, ensuring seamless operation across all departments. Focus on optimizing connections between Salesforce, Microsoft solutions, and other investment advisory platforms.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement technological improvements to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
• Client Experience Enhancement: Develop and deploy digital tools and platforms that improve client interactions and satisfaction. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for clients.
• Innovation and Idea Generation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement innovative solutions to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with different departments to understand their technology needs. Provide training and support to ensure effective use of integrated systems.
• Data Management: Oversee data integration and management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a fintech or similar role within the investment advisory industry.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of investment advisory related technology solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of identifying and integrating new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
• Experience with API integrations and data management tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
