Job Description
Sales Focus Inc. , the sales outsourcing pioneer, is looking to hire full-time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Constellation Energy.
The Outside Sales Representative
Your daily interactions as a dedicated, full-time outside sales rep would primarily be conducted in person, where you can personalize your engagement with clients. This role entails engaging directly with prospective clients to assess their needs and offer tailored products, services, or solutions. For this position specifically the need is clean, affordable energy.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective clients
Assess client needs
Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales interactions
Build rapport and trust
Drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry expertise
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
Utilize innovative strategies to reach sales targets
Adapt approach based on client feedback and market trends
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales performance and share best practices
Work Schedule
Full-time – 8 hours a day
Monday to Friday with weekend work available
Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible

About Constellation EnergyQualifications
Outside sales experience & Energy knowledge preferred but not required
Willing to travel business to business
Possesses valid, current, unrestricted Driver’s license
Access to reliable transportation
