The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase revenue through SEO initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

SEO Manager job responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our e-commerce website. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly. Manage on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO enhancements. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our website and online presence. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on SEO performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for optimization. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Keep abreast of changes in search engine algorithms and updates and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. Continuously optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search visibility and user experience. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum Skills and Experience : Proven track record of success in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations. Experience with website optimization techniques, including content optimization, site architecture, and technical SEO. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change. Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
