Job Description

As the UX Designer , you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences and developing products that meet user needs.


Responsibilities

• Produce sketches, storyboards, and user flows, among other tangible materials, to convey concepts, interactions, and UI designs effectively.
• Collaborate with the wider team to gather and assess user experience design requirements comprehensively.
• Identify and resolve UX issues efficiently through troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Develop user experiences that enhance product value within an iterative Agile/Scrum framework, supporting engineers in delivering implementable features.
• Advocate for and uphold design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Cultivate a robust UX culture by actively promoting the importance and principles of user experience throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience in a corporate business application IT environment with a portfolio that shows application project design
